Sir,
FY 2023-24 Annual Sale will be approximately RS. 85 Lacs . So can we go for 44AD and declered profit 8% so in new regime no tax liability . so no need to pay advance tax

Estimation is correct but need to check any other income/s and eligibility of presumptive assessment u/s. 44AD IT act.
