One of my client has business income from proprietorship business of Rs.195000. But he has forget his password and also the secret question. Return for the A.Y.2012-13 is to be filed. The turnover does not cross the section 44AB limit.
So whether physical ITR-4 can be filed?????

Dear Parul,
You can opt for any of the following options:
1. Reset the password by entering acknowledgment no. of the return filed for A.Y. 2011-12.
2. File physical ITR-4.
3. Speak to the help desk or drop them a mail.

Sir actually he has not filed the return after 2009-10 so efiling acknowledgement no. is not available for 2011-12.
I have drop the mail to validate,efiling.administrator id but no response till now.
