Itr-4 can be filed physically?

17 September 2013 One of my client has business income from proprietorship business of Rs.195000. But he has forget his password and also the secret question. Return for the A.Y.2012-13 is to be filed. The turnover does not cross the section 44AB limit.
So whether physical ITR-4 can be filed?????

You can opt for any of the following options:

1. Reset the password by entering acknowledgment no. of the return filed for A.Y. 2011-12.

2. File physical ITR-4.

3. Speak to the help desk or drop them a mail.

17 September 2013 Sir actually he has not filed the return after 2009-10 so efiling acknowledgement no. is not available for 2011-12.
I have drop the mail to validate,efiling.administrator id but no response till now.
