Applicability of ITR-4 - For Individuals & HUFs having income from a proprietory business or profession.
If you are falling under these category you can file your Income Tax Return in ITR-4 and upload.
you can download ITR-4 excel format from the department site i.e https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/downloads.do
fill the form generate the xml file and upload in the site, subsequently u will be getting ITR-V i.e the acknowledgment.
