If an individual spends any considerable amount on construction and improvement of plot, where to show it in ITR 4 & 4S as Balance sheet is not attached to on-line return

As it is his personal asset no requirement to show it in return or balance sheet. it is part of personal balance sheet.which should be produced on scrutiny.
