27 July 2012 Hi,

A husband, wife and their daughter hold a foreign bank account jointly. All of them are resident for the Income Tax purpose. They have USD 6 lakhs as the peak balance in the account out of which they claim that it has been equally contributed in the account.

My concern is how do i report this bank account in their respective returns in ITR-3 schedule FA?
