dear sir,
my sallary is 5 lakh+ and i am investing around 1.5 lakh in nsc & insurance
now i lik to not pay any tax

Sorry to say. You have no other options other than paying the tax.
Since the Previous Year is exhausted, nothing you can do to save tax.
Better plan for next year and save tax.
