Sir / Madam - We are Partnership firm and have failed to file IT Return for 19-20. Will the date of ITR extend ?
If not, any other way to file it ?

The last date for filing of ITR for FY 2019-20 was 31st March 2021.
You can only file your ITR now after applying for condonation of delay on the Income Tax Portal.
