Which ITR form to be used while IT submission. ITR4S or ITR4

Thanks. If I go to prepare & submit on ITefiling portal, only ITR4S & ITR 1 displays. What shall I do? Can I download ITR4 separately and do?

you have to down ITR4, fill the relevent details, generate xml file and upload the xml file
