25 July 2013 I am under the tax payment individual, and not been able to take refund for the same. do i need to fill itr for the financial year? Thanks

25 July 2013 Any tax payer need to file his/her ITR to claim REFUND.

However, the department would BLOCK the refund after waiting for reasonable period.

In order to get a complete and correct answer please mention the financial year.
