sir i am goint to file ITR for a NRI living in dubai...earning salary of 12 lacs per annum...paying rent 40000 per month..

how can i reflect those things in ITR..

and which ITR is applicable...and if any thing different from those of residend please tell me...

16 May 2013 for return filing his residential status need to be checked.

if he is permanently living in Dubai and earning only there, then no need to file return.
see section 6.

if he is resident as per section 6, then need to check his income taxability as per section 9.

if it comes to file the return then return FORM ITR-1 by a representative assessee.

16 May 2013 he is living in dubai from past 7 years..and planning to come to india permanently...and till now his income is only in dubai earned and received in dubai....

so in that case what should i do...

ITR 1 by representative assessee please explain this in detail...

16 May 2013 when he is living in dubai and has not stayed in india for more than 180 days in the current year, then he is NR as per income tax.
income of NR is taxable only if earned or received in India.
if not earned received in India. No tax no need to file return.
Make sure he must not have taxable income in India.

Nothing special in case of Representative Assessee(RA), the RA will sign the return and will fill his pan no. at the place of signing, will take a letter of authority for such purpose from NR, if needed.
though if no need to file return then RA not required except any notice etc comes.

can you tell me that how i will create his white money...as ITR is the method you will create money on papers of any individual..
and in present case no ITR filing required how can i fulfill my purpose..
