Itr-1 fillling for a.y. 09-10,10-11, 11-12

26 September 2011 My client has to take loan & for this his bank require ITR for A.Y. 09-10.10-11,11-12. She has only income from Salary 85000 per annum.

So plz tell me can i file his ITR.

26 September 2011 ITR for A/Y 2010-11 and 2011-12 can be filed belatedly now but for A/Y 2009-10 can't be filed now as time limit for filing return for A/Y 2009-10 has been lapsed. Also check, some banks demand gap of 6 months in filing returns for two A/Ys.

26 September 2011 Only ay-2010-11 & 2011-12 can be filed now. incase banker asking old produce your salary certificate or form 16 (if any) issued by employer
