An Employee worked for 9 months for a company there TDS was deducted and reported in form 16 but he joined another compnay and worked for 3 months of that financial year but no TDS was deducted as per form 16

26 March 2016 If you have not given your previous company data to new company then company obviously not deduct tds. if both income combined and tax need to pay after subtract tds then you have to pay self assessment tax and file your IT return.
