01 October 2011 Dear Sir,
one of my client( civil sub contractor) has not filed his ITR for last 3 years. while tax had been deducted. can file the ITR for A.Y. 2009-10, 10-11 ? what will be the consequences other than a penalty of Rs. 5000/- u/s 271F of IT act ?
