Itc refund error

20 February 2023 while gst refund application , submit , proceed button is inactive and it is mentioned in red words that aggregate of refund to be claimed should be lesser than or equal to minimum of total of coloumn 1 and coloumn 2 .

is there any such condition.

20 February 2023 Dear aarya ji,
The aggregate turnover should be equal or more than from the export turnover. You should consult with any expert at the time of filing refund application.

22 February 2023 You can claim refund of ITC balance lower of the following:
ITC balance at the end of the period for which refund is being claimed.
ITC balance at the time of filing of refund application.
So you will have to adjust manually the lower of the two while refund application
Engage a professional for filing of refund application if having issues
