Can we avail unclaimed ITC pertaining to the purchase of machinery in Dec 2018 now ( in Jan 2019 Rtn )
Pls. Advice.

25 January 2019 Yes you can avail it, bcus your supplier filed the Return will reflect in your 2A Reco GST Portal. So you can use the ITC in the current month. And end of the Financial year Depreciation to be calculated in Gross value only.

But, one correction. In my querry, I have specified the month of purchase as Dec 2018 instead of Dec 2017.
Sorry for the error. Can I still claim the ITC now ?
