Itc on food supplied to hotel staff free of cost

22 December 2018 Hotel has entered into contract with outside vendor for supplying food(breakfast,lunch,dinner) for its staff and hotel is not charging anything from staff. Whether credit of gst charged by the vendor will be allowed or not?
