can we claim GSt ITC on purchase of car, since we are proprietor concern

NO YOU CAN NOT CLAIM ITC ON GST...
PLS.. Refer Section 17(5) of the CGST Act, 2017 (Blocked credit)
(a), b(i)) & (ab) Motor vehicles for transportation of persons having approved seating capacity of not more than 13 persons (including the driver) including leasing, renting or hiring thereof.
Services of general insurance, servicing, repair and maintenance of aforesaid motor vehicles
