Dear Sir,
Our Director has Purchased Chairs for office use in Amazon(Online) , but bill name is in Director name (Sham C/o AEPS) C/o Company & Company Address. Can we take ITC in this case.
Company GSTIN Number not mentioned in bill.
Pls any one help me.

If company GSTIN is not mentioned in the invoice, ITC is not available.
