ITC Eligibility on Event Management Service

I have organized an event in my company connected with inauguration of a new division together with food and catering service. I am doing business in the field of building material. Invoice was issued by the party with GST and mentioning service was "Food and Service and Event Co-ordination. Confirm whether I am eligible to take credit of ITC?.

02 June 2022 Input credit on food and beverage is restricted under section 17(5). Therefore, you will not be allowed to take the credit on Food and beverage . Input credit on event co-ordination service will also not be allowed as it doesn't have direct nexus with your outward supplies. I hope it clarifies.
