05 December 2023 Forget to show ITC claim in Annual Return while correct figure in Gstr 3B filed in Next Year.

Kindly advice how to resolve the above issue.

05 December 2023 Technically you cannot rectify the Annual Return that is already filed, just to be on safer side you can give a Written Letter to the Jurisdictional Officer and Inform about the same.

Itc of previous year claim in next year in gstr 3B where as Next year itc including ineligible itc both shown in Gstr 9 of Table 8F Itc availble but ineligible instead of ITC claim in Next year itc claim in Gstr 3B.

15 January 2024 Intimation can be done on the company letterhead as a standard temple. On ITC Claims in the same year or the same year ITC claimed in next year, there are different rows to mention both of these. Ineligible ITC should be reserved by paying interest as well to be on a safer side.
