DEAR SIR,
SOME PURCHASE BILLS ARE MISSED FROM APRIL 2018. MY QUESTION IS STILL WE CAN CLAIM ITC OF THOSE MISSED PURCHASE BILLS IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2019.

You can enter missing bills details in Table 9A of GSTR1 for the month of April 2019 and claim ITC
ITC for the year 2018-19 can be claimed till date of filing of Return for Sep 2019 (20th Oct 2019) or filing of Annual return , whichever is earlier
