Can We Claim 40000/- 2017-18. Pending ITC in 2019-20

dear sir , u can't claim 17-18 itc in19-20
but u can shows as 17-18 itc claim in year 18-19 and 18-19 itc upto sep19 in gstr 3b
but u can shows as 17-18 itc claim in year 18-19 and 18-19 itc upto sep19 in gstr 3b
