Dear expert,
Can you please tell me what is the original challan no.. Which is to be mentioned in the form. is it challan no.. Of issued by job worker.

You need to provide the delivery challan details when you send the goods to job worker, and also the delivery challan details of your job worker when they return the goods to you. Both are required to be mentioned in ITC 04.
