Itc-01 form queries for migration from composite

28 February 2019 As per section 18 of CGST and SGST Acts,2017 allowing input on stock held (Closing Stock) on preceeding day to conversion through ITC-01.

My question is that IGST input on purchases as on conversion from composition scheme to regular can be avail or not?? If your answer is yes,can you please share me the relevant material on this.

Do we have any format for CA/CMA certificate above 2 lakhs ITC for IGST credit claim??

28 February 2019 Yes, you can claim IGST input on purchases as on conversion from composition scheme u/s 18(1)(c).

28 February 2019 Sir, Thanks for swift response.. Under section of 20 of IGST Act can be applied as section 18 Of CGST, 2017 applicability here.
Please correct me, if I am wrong...

28 February 2019 Yes, you can apply the same as all the provisions of CGST Act are mutatis mutandis applied to IGST also except for certain Specified cases.
Check your mail for the certificate.
