Dear Sir,
I am an salaried employee, my income is Rs.150000 below. So, IT Department have not accept below limit returns. But I want filling returns for bank purpose and i am also ready to pay sum tax. Is there any options to raise income like salary + income from other sources?
Can you guide me about this?

There is no reason/power on the part of IT department to refuse acceptance of your return.
How ever, you can easily file your return electronically.

If the babus of IT department does not accept return, go directly to ITO, he can't refuse to accept the same.
As per law, they have no right to refuse any return.

Ya they will not accept below taxable or nil returns , just increase some income and pay nominal tax and file it off...
