Pl tell me , can i file NIL Tax (Income From Salary "Non Taxable")IT Return of A.Y.2007-08, 2008-09 , 2009-10 ......today.....
Kindly tell me also about period of limitations.....ok

04 December 2009 You can File only A.Y.2008-2009 & 2009-10 only bcs it almost passed the time to file return for A.Y.2007-2008.even if your return is NIL.

04 December 2009 Onething more if..... you have to go to your A.O and tell about your NIL IT Return which you have to file before 2008-09 & 2009-2010... I think A.O advised to Pay Penalty of Rs.5000/- and file the return of your Returns... if A.O believes in you.
