Pl tell me , can i file NIL Tax (Income From Salary "Non Taxable")IT Return of A.Y.2007-08, 2008-09 , 2009-10 ......today.....
Kindly tell me also about period of limitations.....ok

You can File only A.Y.2008-2009 & 2009-10 only bcs it almost passed the time to file return for A.Y.2007-2008.even if your return is NIL.

Onething more if..... you have to go to your A.O and tell about your NIL IT Return which you have to file before 2008-09 & 2009-2010... I think A.O advised to Pay Penalty of Rs.5000/- and file the return of your Returns... if A.O believes in you.
