01 August 2013 Is it true that the IT return of CA, Lawyers, Doctors earning their income from business and proffesional practise are required to file their IT return under the assessing officers of Range-37 at Vikas Bhawan though their territorial jurisdictional officer is different?

01 August 2013 No such formalities required just file return online...as now we need to file online return only if total income is more than 5 lakhs

02 August 2013 You have mistaken the filing of return and completion of assessment. You have to file the return online and thereafter if the return is not processed automatically then it goes to the specific officer for completion of assessment. So file the return online and wait for your chance of getting it selected for scrutiny.
