28 August 2015 Leave benefits aside. If u are liable to file an income tax return and you do not file such return, you will be liable to penalty.

Benefits:

1. Claim Refund, if any
2. Carry forward losses
3. It serves as an income proof in case you want to apply for a loan or even a VISA
