02 August 2013 I AM A SALARIED PERSON AND I HAVE TAXABLE INCOME OF RS.327290.00 AFTER ALL DEDUCTION. WHETHER I HAVE TO FILE THE RETURN OR NOT for the F.Y. 2012-2013. I ASSUME THAT BELOW 5 LAKHS NEED NOT FILE RETURNS. PLEASE CLARIFY.

Due date is 05.08.2013

you can file belated on or before 31.03.2014
