I AM A SALARIED PERSON AND I HAVE TAXABLE INCOME OF RS.327290.00 AFTER ALL DEDUCTION. WHETHER I HAVE TO FILE THE RETURN OR NOT for the F.Y. 2012-2013. I ASSUME THAT BELOW 5 LAKHS NEED NOT FILE RETURNS. PLEASE CLARIFY.

Yes, it is mandatory to file return for this taxable income as it is exceeds basic exemption limit.
Due date is 05.08.2013
you can file belated on or before 31.03.2014
