I filed the income tax return for the assessment year 2007-08,2008-09,2009-10.
unfortunately i lost my acknowledment receipt.
i want to know what is the procedure for find out my acnowledgement receipt?

you can ask to the person who has filed your return of income if filed through 3rd party.... he might have it:)

If it is a paper return & you have lost it then there is no way of getting another acknowledgement. However you can contact the Income Tax Office with your PAN , then you can come to know the Acknowledgement number & date of filing of return. If you have filed E-return then log on to income tax website you will get it.

In case of paper return , please file an application for certified copy of return after paying copying fee.
