What is Last Date for filing Return under income tax for Director of company?
As per my opinion it should be 31 July.
I Just want to confirm it.

If he has no other business or professinal income then it should be 31st july.

Yes, if he is doing a business or profession which should be audited under Income Tax Act, then the date shall be Sep 30.
