25 June 2010 What is Last Date for filing Return under income tax for Director of company?

As per my opinion it should be 31 July.

I Just want to confirm it.

26 June 2010 Yes, if he is doing a business or profession which should be audited under Income Tax Act, then the date shall be Sep 30.
