20 December 2012 dear all , i hav to asked 2 questions which are as follows :-
1.)my uncle has not filed his return for f.y. 2010-11 if he filed his return timely then he is liable for the refund of rs. 3500/-.so my ques. is that up to which date he can file his return to claim his refund?

2.)A auto spare dealer gave him (my uncle) the commission on purchase if he purchased the spare parts of his company above the specified limit and the company also deducted tds u/s 194 h for that commission. i m bit confused under which head this commission income is covered and which ITR is suitable for him if he has salary income , interest income and this commission income?

20 December 2012 1) Your uncle's belated refund return can be filed before 31.03.2013. However the refund will be issued with the permission of commissioner.

2) As per the Act whenever the Business income received BY the assessee in any kind of nature he should file ITR-4.
