I have to file IT Return of Ay 2014-15 by 31st March 2016. Whether I will get the IT Refund of Ay 2014-15 if I file upto 31st March 2016

Rectification in Assessment Year

With reference to my discussion with Sureshji CA Club, I would like to consult once again whether I should upload the IT Return of Ay 2015-16 after giving the effect of the tax paid by me in IT Return to avoid 234-A.
As far as the issue of Wrong Assessment Year, I will meet the local assessing officer on Monday dated 28th March 2016 to get the assessment year corrected and I hope before the IT Return is processed the local assessing officer will have made correction in the assessment year.
Finally I wont face 234-A, 234-B, 234-C and invalidity of the Return also.
Please advise me and oblige.,

Yes You must have to file your return because 234A is depends upon when you have paid and filed your return. if you paid tax and filed your return after 2-3 month then you have to paid also interest also before filling return.
