23 February 2011 You will have to give exams for IRS equivalent to IAS. If you are selected then you might be posted in Income Tax Department as CIT. There is no cource as such otherwise.

24 February 2011 The minimum qualification is graduate than appear in Indian Civil Services Exams conducted by UPSC. For 2011, forms are available. In ICS, prefer Indian Revenue Services (IRS).
