Issuing tax invoice

This query is : Open

Quick Summary
Small traders with an annual turnover below the GST registration threshold (around 10 Lacs) are not registered for GST. Despite this, they can still issue invoices to their vendors. However, these invoices should not be labelled as 'tax invoices' and must not include any GST charges. The key is to provide a clear bill without levying or mentioning GST.
