08 July 2012 Dear all,
paid up capital 70000 share of 10 each fully paid

then on 27/05/2011 co. Issued 48000 share @ 5 paid up
and that share ON 20/10/2011 forfeited

now, company wants to issue 80000 share at 5 paid up (fresh issue) ON 01/01/2012

so my question is what should be issued and paid up capital after last allotment which were
pleas pleas reply...................

13 July 2012 My query is what should be issued capital, subscribed and paid up capital after the allotment of 80000 shares at last

and can forfeited shares can be reduced from issued capital and if "yes" then how pls provide procedure for it
