Issue related to refund

Dear Experts,
Hello,
My query is,
One of the assessee has refund due for a.y. 2013-14 but still he didn't received. As per income tax record refund is credited in the bank a/c through ECS. Assessee has filed the income tax return online. Further when he checked out he found that bank a/c no. provided was wrong. So when he further tried to submit refund reissue request it didn't further proceeded stating there is no mistake in issuing refund. He checked out with SBI, they said there is no matter pending from their account and when he tried to contact the bank where he has his bank account they replied they didn't got such notice. so please provide right guidance what to do now?
