I had registered as an article assistant in a partnership ca firm in June, 2015. Now i got a letter from ICAI that there is no vacancy under your employer yet. so, you have to do fresh registration under other employer. Can i show commencement date from June,2015 under other partner?? Pls hlp me

You may re-date it as XXth June. But here, you gotta pay Rs. 300/- as fine since the form has to be sent to the inst. within 30 days of date of regn.
It is the duty of your employer to ensure the number of articles is not exhausted before admitting you. So, recover from him.
