Dear all professionals,
Please provide the solution of the following problem:-
If a foreign company/individual bring patent or technology to indian company and the inidan company wants to issue shares to that NRI in respect of such Patent. Kindly provide me what procedure to be followed. what Provisions of FEMA, Company Act, Patent Act or any relevent Acts to be followed while doing this.
Please provide the check list or link of website for check list if available as possible as soon.
