Issue of share certificate

30 August 2011 company shall deliver certificate : (A)within three months of allotment of shares,or (B)within two months after application for registration of transfer of any such shares PLEASE 'ELABORATE' (B) WITH AN EXAMPLE ,as i am unable to understand it

31 August 2011 Dear Dhanuj,

for your query, if Mr. X wants to transfer his shares which is owned by his own name to Mr. Y, then the transfer should be authorise by the board and then it should be transferred through form 7B (Stamp Duty is applicable 0.025 for Rs.100) and the share certificates should be transfered from Mr. X to Mr. Y within 2 months i.e. 60 days.
