I do like to ask that when any share capital is issued in any company prefrably private ltd comp what r the comliances to be done at ROC level and at company level,
please do give the time limit if any

E- FORM 2 should be filed with ROC within 1 month of the allotment of shares
Share Certificates to be issued within 3 months of allotment to the shareholders..
Members register to be updated accordingly
