for assessment year 2013-14, form 16 should be made online through Income Tax website or it can be made manually?
plz reply at the earliest.....its urgent...

It is made compulsory to issue Form 16 downloaded from TIN / CPC Website
23 May 2013
Once the return is filed b the employer or deduct-or it is automatically available on NSDL site
