Dear Sir
Please clarify me we can issue Form I to supplier r not
A is SEZ developer, B is our Contractor, C is Contractor's Supplier. C has raised the invoice in the name of contractor and mentioned on account of Developer name & address, it's a inter state sale. please clarify my doubt

Ya you can issue "I" form to the supplier
Conditions
1. The supplier should show your co. name with SEZ Address. in the consignee column in his invoice.
2. SEZ Export formalities must be taken care at the time of supply of the materials.
3. Custom officer at SEZ must sign ARE 1 and Invoice of the supplier.
