Issue of Form 16 if pan applied after 30-04-2010

Please advise ASAP
One of our employees was not having PAN No. who left the job and TDS was deducted in Mar-10. Later on in Jul-10 he applied for PAN and submitted to us. In which date we can issue form 16?
Due date is on or before 30.04.2010, however, PAN alloted date is 13.07.2010

IN TDS Return have you put his PAN No.

Sorry sir i could not revert back. In fact, since the PAN No. was not available, we have not shown the same in deductee details
