respected Seniors,
Good evening,
I have a query regarding issue of Form 16 to emploee(s) who serve a company for some period in one company & serve another company after merger for the remaining period.
There TDS was deposited in Tax deptt. in the name of both the companies as per their service period.
Please comment.

You have to issue two seperate form 16 for the services rendered by them in respective companies.
