Employee total salary due is above exemption limit but for some months his salary is not paid in current FY2011.12.
Whether employer is liable to deduct TDS in his case
Whether employee is liable to file return and if return is to be filed how will employer issue the Form 16.savings are also affected since salary is not paid

Deduct tds at the time of payment of salary and file tds return accordingly.
