A Private Limited Company can issue equity shares without voting rights? please tell me the exact provisions.

Dear Sonu,
A pvt co can issue the shares without voting rights and it requires the authourisation from AoA. if not it should be altered according to that. and then the members should not be more than 50. it the AoA permits, then conduct a board meeting or general meeting as per the provisions contained in the articles, then pass necessary resolutions and issue the diff voting rights shares or shares without voting rights.
