Issue date for quarterly tds certificate

28 February 2012 Now the Form 16A will be issued Quarterly and should be issued within 15 days form the date of filing the quartely return. What will be the date print on this Form 16A if the return filed after this due date i.e after the 15 days from the date of filing eTDs return. pls guide.

We need to put the actual date. Now the forms are to be downloaded from the NSDL website and those need to be signed digitally.

So no room for manual mentioning of dates.
