Dear Experts, can you all let me know the formalities of ISO certification. One of my client in software industry. they wanted ISO 9001. please let me know the procedures. thanks in advance

There are number of agencies & companies who are providing consultancy service for obtaining various certification. Best way to approach any of them, they will guide & co-ordinate the whole procedures for you till the actual certification is granted.

However you can do so independently too.
You can contact the ISO certification representative in your specific location. You will be required to follow certain required documentation, payment of fees & get your accounts go through the survellience audit by the ISO auditors.
If their audit report is in your favour, you will get the ISO certification.
But the best way is the 1st one.
