Is there any compulsion to appoint auditor for opc?

18 October 2015 Respected Experts Gud mrng, we have registered a pvt ltd (opc) a month ago. Do we have to appoint a statutory auditor as per companies act 2013?? if yes kindly provide me related provisions regarding the same. Thank you in advance...
